I finally learn how to make a comment. Thank you Forest Gump for leading me the way. Now just so you all know, I am not the Big Smart Ass like my brothers or my sister. So I might sound like a dork now and then. Just laugh out loud at me, I am use to it. Now about this walking thing. I have hit a very big rut. I like how I feel when I am out walking, but I have a hard time making myself go. Finding time to myslef so I can go is not always that easy. Forest and I talk about that though. I also have a real bad knee, and it causes me a lot of pain. Forest gave me the advise of " baby steps". It may be below Zero mark here. But tomorrow I am determined to do my walk. Think warm things so we all out here in the FREEZEN COLD can keep thawed. Thanks Forest Gump.
